  1. Considering it's not that large (or long) of a lens, is it really necessary for the Canon 70-200 to be finished in that awful beige colour? It's a total mismatch to the camera body.

  2. I just listed my Tamron on Ebay and bought the new Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Lens. I had upgraded my camera from a Canon 5D to the 5DS R, so i thought it would perform optimum with the new lense. The Tamron worked well when i did use it in the past for Cardinal Baseball games and the like.

  3. id have the canon if i could but as a d850 owner i cant. however the tamron team have made huge leaps recently compared to nikon and canon who i feel have been slacking.

  4. Going through the pipes, I'm thinking, Kai, you can be such a pr1ck! But, i had to stop laughing so I could type this. Good review, i have had Sigma but i will not again. 3 was enough. Never owned tamron or tokina. Ill stick with oem. Cheers, good to see you! M Austin, Ohio, USA

  5. The other thing that you have to take into consideration not featured in this video and this was demonstrated by another photographer YouTuber with these exact lenses is that the Tamron suffers "Focus Breathing" where the Canon L lens does not. NOW if that is no concerned, then the Tamron would be a very good alternative if budget is a factor.
