  1. Paneer is a great cheese , I bought some and tried it on the barbecue as the shop had sold out of Haloumi , It's so less salty and it doesn't melt. It tasted great and absorbed the great smoke taste of lump wood charcoal. BTW why doesn't't harouni and paneer melt?? *must look that up. This is a nice recipe. I normally have meat Jalfrezi , but I do veggie quite a lot.
