  1. My tomatos were bit old and didn't have fresh chilli, had to use in powder also spaghetti pasta but wow it turned out so delicious, one of best dishes I had, highly recommend!

  2. Another one bites the dust

    1. The green of the tomato is toxic.
    2. He still uses a f*** aluminum pan and meanwhile everybody should know it’s poison to cook with it.
    3. Don’t heat olive oil to much especially extra vergine, you reach the smoke point and toxic parts arise.

  3. Brilliant ! Though difficult to get it to work in the UK or anywhere in northern Europe: those pomodori he's using are straight off the vine, not from the chilled section at Tesco or Sainsbury's ! Even served just as a salad with salt and olive oil and basil or parsely they're almost a complete meal.

  4. Legend. Absolute legend. Every one of his recipes I've made has been tremendous. And what a nice guy too. Thankyou Gennaro for taking me on a fabulous taste tour over the years. Maximum respect
