Man, i'm so happy i found you! I subscribed immediately! I have this exact camera, could you tell me a good lens for macro? I already have a wide angle lens 8-16mm from Sigma. But i would like to have a macro and all round lens. Thank you for this great video, i learned a lot about my camera 🙂
Great video, very informative!
This guy should write a book!
Made things alot easier for me now and I will still watch it a few more times to get it 99% right in my head…. Gr8 informative and not boring video
Awsome Video!
In terms of battery packs, would you recommend the Nikon brand or the off brand?
I’ve found a few packs that have great reviews but am not sure if the quality lasts.
Thank you.
Please caption your videos
I have to say thank you for this video. I have always been interested in photography, but I have never had a good camera to use nor have I had much experience…kinda just an curiosity & interest . My hub recently surprised me with this little beauty & all though I was over the moon to finally have it, I was very nervous too. When you hold a $900+ camera in your hands, it not only terrifies you that you may drop it, but your eyes start to fall on all the buttons & begin to feel overwhelmed. Lol
I had purchased the Nikon D7200 book for dummies. It was informative, but I still felt bit overwhelmed trying to figure everything out. This video however, has put me at ease. I am actually very excited again to learn how to properly put my camera to good use.
So, a thousand thanks for creating this how to video. It’s been so helpful. I will be sharing it with family & friends who are just starting out, as well as referring back to it, until I’m feeling totally confident. : )
Love this video, having recently purchased a D7200. I really get a lot of good information from so many of your videos…but I really like the BEEP most of the time. 😁
hello sir can you please share some info on live view exposure prview on D7200 which happens to be not working properly on my new D7200.
thank you.
THIS IS THE BEST AND MOST ELABORATED TOUR OF NIKON D7200. THANK YOU SIR. APPRECIATED YOUR EFFORT.
Occupy Mars shirt. +++ great tutorial
I had a Nikon D3400 and switched to a D7200 not too long ago. One thing I noticed is the "fading" or lack of vibrancy of some colors in a picture taken with the D7200 in manual mode. However, when I take a picture of the same subject in auto mode, the colors are vibrant. Does anybody have the same problem?
I have a question I hope you can answer. Up until the other day, whenever I previewed an image in my d7200, the pictures were numbered in the upper right hand corner of the image. Such as, if I took 10 pictures, the little number in the upper right hand corner of the image would go in sequence and I previewed the pictures in camera. Ex: "1/10, 2/20, 3/10 etc…" Now that little number is gone. Do you know how I can get that sequencing back? Thanks in advance for your help.
Really helpful – thanks a lot 🙂
I watched this video recently as I'm thinking of upgrading to the 7200. Did I pick up correctly that the MP on the camera at 24MP might be more than that on the lens and therefore the shot would not necessarily be a 24MP shot.
Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video! I learned a ton!
Tony, What a fantastic explaining video!!! I have been looking for some simple explanations for my D700 and THIS video has helped me so so so much even if it was meant for a D7100. Always up to the point. Thank you so much.
Just purchased the D7200, this video was brilliant to show you the way around the camera without going crosseyed reading the manual….
Awesome job Tony!!! Thank you so much, especially for the Table of Contents/Index in the description section. Very professional & helpful!!! SUBSCRIBED!!!
I can't even imagine how many times I've referenced this video when using my camera. I can't thank you enough. I'm also loving SDP. It's interesting and helpful.
What a great video. I've had this camera (actually the D7000) for a couple years now and even taken two classes and didn't learn half of what you showed me in this video. The number one thing is I never figured out how to focus correctly, now I know, single dot focus. Thanks so much!
Hey Tony, I'm old enough to remember something called ASA which, I suppose, was replaced with ISO. What's that all about?
Awesome video.
Great informative video!
I was able to use this tutorial for my D7500 that I purchased a couple of months ago! It was very helpful!
Just bought a 7100 as my primary camera also own a 3400 love them both just wish the 7100 had a built in wifi and GPS or the 3400 had time-lapse at any rate great video super informative and easy to comprehend Thumbs up all the way keep up the job work ..Gene
Thank you!!
Thank you so much for this great Tutorial. I have spontaneously purchased Nikon D7200 equipped with 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR DX AF-S Nikkor Lenses almost year ago. I knew is a great camera, especially for absolute beginner enthusiast like me, but It was really hard to learn its features. It was still making very good photos on auto mode, but I was missing my personal touch. Recently I find how to control exposure compensation which is making a big difference, but I really wanted to learn more about Aperture priority mode. I was looking for this, but then I watch all after it except Wi-Fi. So much useful information. And by the way, first setting that I've changed was disabling Beep 🙂
Thank you for this detailed video.
Thank you so much for this video. I have just purchased a Nikon 7200 and this has definitely helped a lot.
Thank you so much! I hate reading through the camera books. That's so boring and I usually lose interest. Love the visual tutorials. Everything you need to know. Learned so much. I am saving this video so I can go back to it any time I need a refresher.
one of the best tutorials for my Nikon D7200… brief yet full explanations for using the camera to get better photos.
Excellent camera. I love the NIKON brand. Long live NIKON.
Are there plans for a tutorial for the Nikon D7500, or will the tutorial for the D7200 suffice?
Is there in any of your Nikon videos, a section on typical use of U1 and U2 settings? e.g. setting for portraits vs settings for action photography….
A super smooth and super easy-to-follow video that gave a flash intro to my new camera — much appreciated!
So you don't use grey cards or Polaroids?
GUYS: DO THE LATEST FIRMWARE UPDATE FROM NIKON (1.04) TO YOUR NIKON D7200 AND GET THE ABSOLUTE BEST PERFORMANCE OF YOUR SIGMA ART 18-35!!! The issues that plagued the Sigma/D7200 is gone!!! I tried it many times and is razor-sharp anywhere in the focus group! do not get rid of your Nikon D7200 or Sigma 18-35 ART
Thanks for the lecture its really helps👍👍👍
I can't hear you breathe. It's unsettling. Apart from that, great video. Thank you so much.
